How long does it take to go live?

Every engagement includes structured onboarding. We map your rubric and calibrate with your QA team; first live scores are typically delivered within about one week after scoping, depending on complexity.

Do you offer pilots?

Can we customise the scoring rubric?

Yes. Starter includes provisioned scorecard templates. Growth and Enterprise include Rubric Studio for full rubric authoring, testing, and version history — all tenant-configured.

Is our data separated from other clients?

The product is multi-tenant with row-level security and tenant-scoped access on every query. Enterprise agreements can include additional isolation and region choices — ask sales.

What happens if the AI score is wrong?

Human reviewers can override scores with audit trail. Every scored item requires transcript evidence; overrides and decisions are recorded in the append-only event log.

Can we buy through an annual agreement or invoice?

Yes. Enterprise and pilot engagements use custom commercial terms, invoicing, and annual agreements. Starter and Growth are available sales-led today; self-serve Stripe checkout is planned but not open yet.

How is usage measured?

Usage is based on scored minutes per billing period (from job duration). Your tenant dashboard shows consumption; automated quota enforcement is on the roadmap — display-only metering is live today.

If you plan in calls, divide scored minutes by your average handle time — e.g. 5,000 minutes is roughly 1,000 five-minute calls. Your handle time may differ.

Does Listen include call playback?
